Meet Kiran Dasari, IT Team Lead at Harvey Nash, USA

It has been a pleasure working with Kiran since 2014. He is consistently friendly and always so positive and energetic in our work and daily interactions. Over the years, we've seen Kiran’s capabilities grow immensely to better serve our clients and the work we do for them. Kiran has been a leader on several important projects at Harvey Nash, USA and he regularly receives positive recognition in his role working as an IT Team Lead. Tell us about yourself, what's your background?

I have a master's degree in Computer Science. But my passion for learning new technologies is what helps me the most in refining my programming skills and technical abilities. 

What do you like about working with Harvey Nash USA?

One of the best things about working at Harvey Nash, USA is how the company helps guide their employees, whether that’s with onboarding, ongoing training, or seeing to our questions with quick and accurate response. At Harvey Nash, we get continuous follow-up on our work, progress, and solutions to any possible problems or issues.

Can you tell us about your successes at work?

Everybody works differently, and for me, the key to doing my best work and creating focus is to help create a positive work environment. Whether that is through collaboration, planning across departments, and prioritizing the tasks of our team, understanding the team's strengths and motivating them is key to building a great environment where we’re using our functional and technical expertise to the best of our ability.

I love playing tennis, cricket and spending quality time with family.
