Tell us more about your work, how many people are on your team, what markets do you focus on?
I am a senior recruitment specialist for Harvey Nash, based on the west coast. I always make sure that our client's business needs are fulfilled with good resources. We mainly focus on placing business professionals and take every measure to serve our clients in a better way such as providing more communication and insights about the job and doing interview preparation with our candidates.
Tell us a bit about yourself, how long have you been with Harvey Nash Group, what’s your background?
I have an engineering degree from Quantum University and started my corporate journey back in January 2016 as a technical recruiter. Since then, I’ve become an experienced recruitment professional with a demonstrable history of creating effective recruiting strategies to attract and screen high quality talent, from entry-level candidates to experienced senior level professionals in specific functional areas. I've been working with Harvey Nash for 2 years. Believe me, this journey is Awesome! The kind of support and appreciation I get from the management is rare in any organization.
What’s the biggest opportunity for your business right now?
Our clients are the biggest opportunity for us. We will do whatever it takes to build a great business reputation among our clients.
…and what’s the biggest challenge?
The biggest challenge in my point of view is maintaining a good business reputation for our clients. Serving them with a quality product/resource with a rapid turnaround time is difficult. Still, our overall goal is to maintain this relation, and believe me, we are doing it in an excellent manner.
What are you looking forward to in the new year?
I look forward to continuing to serve our clients like nobody else can. And I am looking forward to helping increase the business and growth of Harvey Nash to make Harvey Nash the top vendor for our customers and clients.
