Tell us about yourself. What's your background?
I came to IT a little later in life. While changing jobs, I decided to get my A+ Certification and go into Desktop Support. After over fifteen years in Technical Support, I’m still at it! Learning new things and helping people is what makes this a great position to be in.
What do you like about working with Harvey Nash USA?
My time at Harvey Nash has been great. Brad Keenan and the company are very quick to respond to all questions and concerns. There are also great benefits and a great working environment.
Can you tell us about your successes at work?
In my current role, I support movers and shakers in the financial world. Many of these end-users are regular guests on CNBC and other news outlets. Keeping their Surface laptops up and running is a daily challenge because of all the security software, the hardware taxing software and massive spreadsheets that we utilize in our day-to-day work.
Tell us something fun about yourself? Hobbies, playlist, favorite movies.
I am a sports fan. Yankees, Islanders, Minnesota Vikings, Knicks. As you can see, I’m used to disappointment. 😊 I also like to play softball and table tennis, though I haven’t played in a while. I like Star Wars but I like Star Trek more, and John Madden Football.
