Tell us about yourself, what’s your background?
I have been doing IT support since 2014. I specialize in desktop, application, data center, and network support. I got my degree in networking and cybersecurity. Computers are my hobby. So, I am always reading up on new technology.

I like the flexibility. I can work from anywhere in the world.
Can you tell us about your successes at work?
I have continuously taken on more responsibilities over the last several years. I am a Knowledge Base Manager, and I am also now responsible for covering on-call.

I currently read about 2-3 books a week. I am a big fan of fiction. I also have my own home networking setup and build my own computers in my free time.
